I Agree that:

1. This online membership database is the proprietary, confidential information of Congregation B'nai Tikvah, and is provided as a service by Congregation B'nai Tikvah to its members.

2. I acknowledge that I am a member of Congregation B'nai Tikvah.

3. I understand that the online membership database is a service of the congregation to its Members, and that its use must be confined to Temple and social uses.

4. I agree that I will use the information provided in this database only for Congregation B'nai Tikvah and social uses, and that I will not use the information for any kind of solicitation of members, or for commercial or non-Congregation B'nai Tikvah purposes. I further agree that I will not disclose or distribute the information provided in this database to any third party.
