Are you grieving the death of your spouse, or other significant person in your life? Wherever you may be on your grief journey, you don’t have to travel alone. Join our spousal grief support group, open to CBT members and non-members on Zoom for one hour every other Wednesday. Grief is unique to each person, and journeying through it can be painful, lonely and confusing, but there are similarities in our grief experiences, and it can be comforting to share this journey with others who have experienced similar loss. Our grief group will be facilitated by CBT member Mitch Oshinsky, a trained peer grief support leader who has led spousal grief groups for five years.
